Notification of Board Meeting
This is to announce that a meeting of the board of directors
of Winsor Properties Holdings Limited (the "Company") will be
held on Tuesday, 28 August 2012 for the purposes of, amongst
other things, approving the publication of the interim
results announcement of the Company and its subsidiaries for
the six months ended 30 June 2012 and considering the
declaration of an interim dividend, if applicable.
