Change of Company Secretary and
Authorized Representative
The Board announces that Ms. Kwok Yu Ching has tendered her resignation as the Company Secretary and an Authorized Representative with effect from 28 February 2013. The Board is pleased to announce that Ms. Ho Wing Tsz, Wendy has been appointed as the Company Secretary and an Authorized Representative with effect from 28 February 2013.
The board of directors (the "Board") of Wynn Macau, Limited (the "Company") announces that Ms. Kwok Yu Ching ("Ms. Kwok") has tendered her resignation as the company secretary of the Company (the "Company Secretary") and an authorized representative of the Company (the "Authorized Representative") under the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited with effect from 28 February 2013. Ms. Kwok has confirmed that there is no disagreement with the Board and there is no other matter in relation to her resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.
The Board is pleased to announce that Ms. Ho Wing Tsz, Wendy ("Ms. Ho") has been appointed as the Company Secretary and the Authorized Representative with effect from 28 February 2013. Ms. Ho is a senior manager of corporate services divisions of Tricor Services Limited. She is a chartered secretary, and a Fellow member of both The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries and The Institute of Chartered Secretaries in United Kingdom. She has over 18 years' of experience in a diversified range of corporate services and has been providing professional secretarial services to a number of companies and a listed Real Estate Investment Trust as listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The Board would like to express its gratitude to Ms. Kwok for her valuable efforts and contributions to the Company during her term of office and welcome Ms. Ho to her new appointment.
