Srisawad Capital 1969 Public Company Limited is a Thailand-based company. The principal business of the Company and its subsidiaries are engaged in financial services, specifically hire-purchase and loan. It provides a range of commercial loan facilities to its clients, such as loans for working capital with various short-term maturities and/or loans to finance inventory or receivables. It also offers medium-and long-term loan facilities to finance expansion or capital expenditures, both through direct lending and loan syndication. Interest rates on all facilities are established at a fixed rate or floating rate throughout the life of the facilities. It assists in a number of project studies, including planning and evaluation, financial structuring for newly established entities, as well as expansion projects of existing establishments. In addition, it also appoints financial advisors for the issuance of common shares, preferred shares, warrants, debentures and state enterprise bonds.
