TMK Energy Limited is an Australia-based gas exploration company. The Company is focused on the development of Mongolia's natural gas resource. The Company's projects include Gurvantes XXXV Project and Napoleon project. The Gurvantes XXXV Project is an exploration project for coal seam gas (CSG) covering approximately 8,400 square kilometers (km2) of the South Gobi basin of Mongolia. The Gurvantes XXXV Project has approximately six active coal mining operation, twenty-six coal mining leases and numerous coal exploration licenses. The Gurvantes XXXV Project's production wells include Lucky Fox-1, Lucky Fox-2 and Lucky Fox-3. The Company owns around 20% of the Talisman Deep Project, which contains the Napoleon structure which is located in WA-8-L below Talisman in the Barrow-Dampier Sub-basin.
