Magna International Inc. ("Magna") is committed to addressing the risk of slavery and human trafficking within our operations and supply chain. This statement covers the financial year from January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2023 and is intended to address our reporting obligations under the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act and the United Kingdom's Modern Slavery Act 2015 "Transparency in Supply Chains" (the "Acts").

Our Human Rights and Environmental Standards (the "Human Rights Standard") outlines our comprehensive framework for addressing our commitment to combating slavery and human trafficking, as well as other human rights issues. It outlines our approach to fair labour practices, maintaining safe and healthy workplaces, and respecting the rights of our employees and suppliers.
