The board of directors of WellCell Holdings Co., Limited announced that Mr. Yiu Chun Wing has tendered his resignation as company secretary of the Company and ceased to be an authorised representative of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and the authorised representative of the Company for the acceptance of services of process and notice in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) with effect from 17 May 2024. The Board announced that Mr. Siu Chun Pong Raymond (``Mr. Siu'') has been appointed as the Company Secretary, the Authorised Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, and the Process Agent under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) with effect from 17 May 2024. Mr. Siu, aged 44, has been a practising solicitor of The High Court of Hong Kong since 2005.

Mr. Siu has over 18 years of experience in corporate finance and regulatory compliance. He is the founder and the senior partner of Raymond Siu & Lawyers. Prior to setting up and running his own solicitors' firm, he has been a partner of F. Zimmern & Co., Solicitors & Notaries from July 2012 to August 2017.

Mr. Siu is now an independent non-executive director of China Wantian Holdings Limited, a company listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange (Stock Code: 1854). Mr. Siu obtained his Bachelor of Laws and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from The University of Hong Kong in 2001 and 2002 respectively. He obtained his Master of Laws from University College London in 2003.

The Board also announces that Ms. Tang So Him has been appointed as the Deputy Company Secretary with effect from 17 May 2024. Ms. Tang holds a Master Degree of Corporate Governance in 2012. She is an associate member of each of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute since 2014.

She has extensive professional experience in company secretarial practice and corporate governance.
