Clariane has announced the start of capital increase operations for a total maximum amount of around 328 million euros, welcoming Groupe HLD Europe as a new reference shareholder alongside Crédit Agricole Assurances.

The latter plans to acquire a 20% stake in the EHPAD group (i.e. 74.1 million euros) as part of a reserved capital increase, to be put to the vote at the next AGM on June 10.

HLD Europe, Flat Footed and Leima Valeurs have also undertaken, alongside CA Assurances, to subscribe to the capital increase with maintenance of the pre-emptive subscription right authorized by the AGM on March 26, which will involve a maximum amount of around 236 million euros.
