Jindal Stainless Limited Reports Earnings Results for the Full Year Ended March 31, 2024

Jindal Stainless Limited reported earnings results for the full year ended March 31, 2024. For the full year, the company reported sales was INR 385,624.7 million compared to INR 356,970.3 million a year ago. Revenue was INR 387,315.9 million compared to INR 358,233.2 million a year ago.

Net income was INR 27,132.1 million compared to INR 21,145 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 32.95 compared to INR 25.68 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 32.94 compared to INR 25.68 a year ago.

It offers a range of stainless-steel products in 200 series, 300 series, 400 series and duplex stainless-steel grades. Its products include slabs, hot rolled coils, cold rolled coils, plates and grades. It offers its services to the applications, such as architecture, buildings, and construction, automotive and transport, railway, consumer durables, process industry, plumbing, coin blanks, nuclear applications and precision strip and blade steel. It operates a stainless-steel plant at Jaipur, Odisha with a capacity of 1.1 million tons per annum spread across approximately 800 acres. It has a diverse product portfolio comprising approximately 120 grades and a distribution network with service centers in the domestic and international markets. The Company, through its subsidiary, Jindal United Steel Limited, operates Hot Strip Mill, located in Jajpur, Odisha.
