PropertyGuru Group Limited reported earnings results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2023. For the fourth quarter, the company reported sales was SGD 41.51 million compared to SGD 40.1 million a year ago. Net income was SGD 1.14 million compared to net loss of SGD 5.22 million a year ago. The Fintech and Data segment consists of the digital mortgage marketplace business, PropertyGuru Finance, where commission is earned from financial institutions on each mortgage brokered and from insurance providers.
