In this regard, we would like to submit that the Company has been disclo�ing and will continue to disclose all the material events, information, announcements from time to time that may have a bearing on the operations/ performance of the Company, including any price sensitive information, as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI LODR Regulations"). We would further like to clarify that there is no pending information / announcement which have a bearing on price movement of the Company or which requires disclosures in accordance with the regulatory requirements.
Further, it may kindly be noted that the Board of Directors of the Company had at their meeting held on 10th August 2022 recommended issue of Bonus Shares in the ratio of 1:1, i.e., 1 (One) equity share of Rs.5/- each for every 1 (One) fully paid-up equity share of Rs.5/- held by the Shareholders of the Company, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting scheduled on Wednesday, 21st September 2022. The Company has fixed Thursday, 29th September 2022 as the Record Date for the purpose of Bonus Issue. The Company had already intimated the stock exchanges for the above matters in accordance with the SEBI LODR Regulations.
