The launching into production of the Balancing Market Platform - Damas II, on June 1, 2024
Dear participants,
C.N.T.E.E. Transelectrica S.A. had in progress the rehabilitation project of the current IT system of the Balancing Market (PE). The new IT system, the DAMAS II platform, is scheduled to be available starting with May 15, 2024, and it will support the following specific activities:
From May 15, 2024, you can set up user access for various roles such as Balancing Responsible Parties (BRP), Balancing Service Providers (BSP), Transport Capacity Allocation Participants (ATC), System Service Participants (SS), Participants responsible for class C and D generating units (Financial Compensation), and Local Central Dispatchers (DLC);
On May 28, 2024, we will be organized auctions for system services with the delivery day June 1, 2024;
BRP can submit external block exchanges on May 30, 2024, with the delivery day of June 1, 2024;
BSP can submit daily offers for standard balancing products on May 31, 2024, with the delivery day on June 1, 2024;
BSP or BRP can submit availability declarations for balancing energy supply units on May 31, 2024, with the delivery day on June 1, 2024;
BRP can submit internal block exchanges and program notifications on May 31, 2024, with the delivery day on June 1, 2024.
Please note:
BRP/BSP should download the Master data file from the system to check their registration information;
The capacity rights won from the explicit annual and monthly capacity auctions for the Serbia border will be available in the new system from May 30, 2024, for use on the delivery day of June 1, 2024;
The current DAMAS platform will be disconnected starting with June 1, 2024, at 00:00 (RO hours).
