The Company’s portfolio comprises predominantly freehold properties located mainly in town centers, and near amenities and transportation nodes. Its portfolio comprises approximately 150 predominantly freehold commercial buildings located across the United Kingdom, with a total net internal area of approximately 3.8 million square feet. Its portfolio has an attractive geographical spread, with approximately 26.4% of the portfolio by value situated in London and the Southeast. Its investment manager is Elite Commercial REIT Management Pte. Ltd.
