(NYSE: TXT) business segment, today announced that Textron eAviation GmbH has acquired substantially all the assets of Amazilia Aerospace GmbH, a respected developer of digital flight control, flight guidance and vehicle management systems for civil manned and unmanned aircraft.

With this integration, Amazilia Aerospace's skilled workforce of approximately 30 employees and facilities based in Munich, Germany joins Textron eAviation GmbH, part of the Textron eAviation business segment of Textron Inc.
