Dividend Declaration Second Interim dividend for year ended 31 December 2012

The Board of Abbey Protection plc is pleased to announce a second interim dividend in respect of the year ended 31 December 2012.

The second interim dividend of 2.8p per share will be paid on 11 April 2013 to all shareholders on the register at the close of business on 15 March 2013 (ex-dividend date 13

March 2013).

This brings the total dividend in respect of the year ended 31 December 2012 to 4.9p (2011:

4.4p), representing an increase of 11.4% over the year ended 31 December 2011.
