The Aberdeen Property Trust has agreed to sell 75 King William Street, London, EC4 to Singaporean investor Keppel Land for £91 million.

The 130,000 sq ft freehold building is located in a prime location on King William Street, close to the Bank of England. It is let to a number of tenants with lease events occurring within the next five years.

Tim Sankey, Fund Manager, Aberdeen Asset Management commented:"The asset has performed well for the Trust over the four years we've owned it. We have executed the business plan put in place on acquisition but the asset no longer fits our long term strategy.We wish Keppel well with their first foray in to the City office market."

Aberdeen were advised by GM Real Estate. Savills advised Alpha Investment Partners who is managing the investment on behalf of Keppel Land.
