The Board of Aberdeen Latin American Income Fund Limited (the "Company") has declared a second interim dividend of 1.0p per ordinary share in respect of the year to 31 August 2014 payable on 30 April 2014 to ordinary shareholders on the register at close of business on 4 April 2014.
