Accenture (NYSE:ACN) has been positioned in the ‘Winner’s Circle’ in the inaugural HfS Blueprint Report: Application Testing Services 2015 for its excellence in both innovation and execution and was singled out by HfS Research as “the undisputed number one” in testing innovation.

In the report, Accenture received high scores in innovation and execution based on its strong narrative around the ability to deliver value beyond cost, a vision for competitive differentiation, integration of new technologies and alliances model. The report notes that Accenture is focused on business transformation and evolving towards predictive analytics, underpinned by significant R&D in machine learning and cognitive computing, coverage of the emerging digital spectrum and deep vertical and industrialization capabilities.

The findings of the HfS Blueprint report were based on relevant differentials between service providers across numerous facets in the categories of innovation and execution. The report assessed 20 different service providers related to the application testing service market globally. Service providers evaluated were required to cover the full spectrum of application deployment platforms from mobile to cloud and legacy applications, demonstrate support of application testing from cradle to grave as well as support integration into lifecycle management. Input was compiled from a broad range of stakeholders, including enterprise service buyers, service providers, industry influencers, HfS Sourcing Executive Council Members, and HfS analysts.
