Activision Blizzard, Inc. shares closed down 5.42% on Monday with nearly 12.5 million shares traded. Last week the company announced The Call of Duty®: WWII - Call of Duty Endowment (C.O.D.E.) Bravery Pack (PS4/XboxOne/PC), developed by Sledgehammer Games. For a suggested retail price of $4.99 it includes a special Call of Duty Endowment in-game helmet, calling card, and emblem. All of the proceeds received by Activision through the Bravery Pack will directly fund the Endowment's mission which helps veterans. Executive Director of the Call of Duty Endowment, Dan Goldenberg remarked, "Through Activision's previous calling card and personalization pack programs, we have raised more than $2.8 million towards helping veterans beat unemployment and underemployment as they transition back into civilian life."

Electronic Arts Inc. shares closed down 4.90% on about 6.5 million shares traded on Monday. It was a nice gain for the stock after losing 11% last month according to data provided by S&P Global Market Intelligence. The company announced last week that it has finalized the acquisition of Respawn Entertainment. The company stated, "On Nov. 9, 2017, we announced an agreement to acquire Respawn Entertainment, LLC, one of the leading independent game development studio and creators of AAA shooter and action games including the critically-acclaimed Titanfall franchise. Today, Dec. 1, 2017, we have completed the acquisition of Respawn on the terms previously disclosed." Respawn is working on a new Titanfall game as well as a Star Wars action game.
