However, since the IPO the Company stock has imploded, falling from its high of $12.23 on April 2, 2014 to close at $4.62 on March 3, 2015. On October 13, 2014 the Company issued guidance for the third quarter of 2014, the second full quarter as a public company. The Company announced that it was expecting a loss for the quarter in a range of $.16 to $.18 per share, an increase from the previous guidance of $.14 to $.16 per share loss. Revenue guidance was lowered to a range of $34.5 million to $35.5 million, down from $38 million to $40 million. On this news, the shares of Aerohive dropped more than 32%.
