African Eagle ("African Eagle" or the "Company") (AIM: AFE; AltX: AEA) is pleased to announce that, further to the announcement of 12 June 2013, the winding up petition that had been served against the Company has today been withdrawn by Euan Worthington, the petitioning creditor, with the leave of the High Court.
