The Manhattan skyline is draped with the black, yellow and red of the Belgian flag. Three years after AG Real Estate acquired a 33% stake in DTH Partners LLC, a New York company specialized in the conversion of office buildings into residential ones, a fourth sky scraper which was totally refurbished by DTH was opened this Thursday in presence of the Belgian Prime Minister Charles Michel. This is no ordinary skyscraper as the '70 Pine' building, which was built back in 1932, is one of the most beautiful Art Deco high-rise buildings in New York.
