Update on Argentina Contracts

The Government of Argentina has extended our fixed site contracts, equivalent to 174MW, until 31 December 2017. The original contracts amounted to 180MW.

Of the standby contracts, which originally totalled 270MW, 56MW off-hired in 2016, leaving the balance at 214MW. These remaining contracts have now all been extended until the end of February or March 2017; the detail can be found in the table below.

All of the extensions have been priced in-line with our expectations.

· 64 MW stand-by November 2016 extended until end of Feb 2017

· 50 MW stand-by December 2016 extended until end of Mar 2017

· 100 MW stand-by March 2017 extended until end of Mar 2017

· 174 MW fixed sites Various extended until end of 2017
