AGR ASA : Additional note: Reduction in share capital

AGR Group ASA has shared the following notice:

On 4 November 2014, an Extraordinary General Meeting of AGR Group ASA approved a reduction of the share capital by NOK 137,809,153.23 from NOK 139,050,680.16 to NOK 1,241,523.93 by a reduction of the nominal value of the shares. The reduction has now been carried out as described above and NOK 0.7336 per share will be paid to the shareholders. With effect from the implementation of the capital reduction through registration in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, Article 4 of the Company's Articles of Association is amended to read as follows: The Company's share capital is NOK 1,241,523.93 divided on 124,152,393 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.01.

The Company's shares will be traded ex the right to receive payment from the share capital reduction from and including 18 December 2014.
