Agriterra Limited is a Guernsey-based agriculture company. The principal activity of the Company is the investment in, development of and operation of agricultural projects in Africa. Its operations are focused on maize and beef in Mozambique. Its segments include Grain, Snax and Beef. Its Grain division operates maize purchasing and processing businesses through Desenvolvimento e Comercializacao Agricola Limitada (DECA) and Compagri Limitada. Its Beef operation sources cattle from local farmers and processes them through its own feedlot, abattoir and retail units through Mozbife Limitada. Its Snax division transforms maize byproducts into different flavored fried and baked snacks through DecaSnax Limitada (DecaSnax). It is focused on agricultural investment and sustainable development in Southern Africa, providing quality food produce for local markets while simultaneously improving the livelihoods of over 250,000 smallholder farmers by improving their access to markets.
