During the first nine months and at constant exchange rates, sales would have been EUR 186.9 million (growth of 3.4%).

Maintenance sales grew by 8.9% and reached EUR 79.7 million year-to-date.

In the third quarter 2013, margins remained comparable to those of the first half-year of 2013 and are expected to stay at similar levels in the fourth quarter.

To strengthen its lift service subsidiary PACA Ascenseurs Services, agta record acquired Ascenseurs Méditerranée, also based in Marseille. The company has 1,400 lifts under contract and EUR 4.1 million in sales.

agta record does not change its growth expectations for the full year. The company continues to actively pursue acquisitions.
