On 19 August 2015, agta record indirectly acquired Imtech Toegangstechniek BV, one of the leading providers of automated pedestrian doors and related maintenance services in the Benelux. Imtech Toegangstechniek has approximately 100 employees and has not been affected by the bankruptcy proceedings around Royal Imtech NV.

Imtech Toegangstechniek will strengthen the leading position of record Automatische Deuren, the existing business of agta record Group in the Benelux, which will result in a highly attractive offering to the broad customer base of both companies.
