AKB Industrialbank : INDUSTRIALBANK announces convocation of the Annual General Meeting of the Members

The Supervisory Council of the Bank announces the Annual General Meeting of the Members of INDUSTRIALBANK to be held on 21 April 2017. Place of the meeting is the address of the Bank's premise: Zaporizhzhia, Stalevarov st., 8 À

It is offered to consider and approve in the course of the meeting reports of the Managing Board and the Supervisory Council of INDUSTRIALBANK on the financial and operating performance of the Bank for the year 2016. Also, the following matters are placed on the agenda of the meeting:

- to consider the audit findings report made by auditing company PrJSC 'KPMG Audit' based on the Bank's financial statements for the year 2016;

- to approve the annual reports and performance of the Bank for the year 2016;

- to determine the main areas for development of the Bank in the year 2017.

In compliance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine 'On Joint-Stock Companies' and Statute of the Bank, matters of termination of powers of the current Supervisory Council and election of its new composition shall be presented for consideration by the meeting.
