                today, purchased an additional 312,900 shares in
                Aktiv Kapital ASA ("Aktiv") at an average
                price of NOK 29.97 per share.


                
                The purchase will increase Geveran's total
                ownership in Aktiv to 37,475,158 shares
                corresponding to 79.4% of all outstanding shares in
                Aktiv.
