Alcatel-Lucent announces tender offer to repurchase certain securities

 

Paris, June 24, 2014 - Alcatel-Lucent (Euronext Paris and NYSE: ALU) has announced today that it has made a tender offer for the purchase of certain of its outstanding notes, up to a maximum aggregate amount of Eur 424,757,000.
