Altice N.V. (Euronext: ATC, ATCB, "Altice") announces that it has repurchased 1,741,719 Altice common shares A and 102,068 Altice common shares B in the period from October 16, 2017 up to and including October 20, 2017 at an average price of

€17.2543 for Altice common shares A and €17.2224 for Altice common shares B. This is in accordance with the repurchase programme announced on October 16, 2017. The consideration of this repurchase was €31,810,059.76.
