Altran Announces Management Structure & Leadership for Transformation Plan

Group EVP Americas and Asia Named; Executive Committee Expanded; New Country CEOs and Chief Technology Officer Appointed

Implementing the first phase of the transformation strategy unveiled in late November, Altran today announced the overall structure for the Altran 2020.Ignition strategic transformation plan. In a series of meetings over recent weeks, the company's senior management also identified key leaders to steer Altran to its next level of excellence.

 

Tim Bowe, currently CEO of Altran North America, is named Group EVP Americas and Asia, and joins the Executive Committee. In his new role, Bowe will drive the growth and expansion of business and steer the growth of high-value product development and engineering services in targeted countries.

 

The CEOs of Altran affiliates in France, Germany, Italy and Spain will join Bowe on the expanded Altran Executive Committee, tasked with helping define strategy and implementation plans, and ensuring rigorous tracking and management of operations

 

The Altran Executive Committee now counts ten members with Chairman and CEO Dominique Cerutti: Senior Exec. Vice President Europe and Delegate Director Cyril Roger, Exec. Vice President Finance Olivier Aldrin, Exec. Vice President for the Americas and Asia Tim Bowe, Exec. Vice President for Strategy, Innovation, Solutions and Group Communications Pascal Brier, Exec Vice President for Transformation Daniel Chaffraix, Spain CEO Jose Ramon Magarzo,  Italy CEO Marcel Patrignani, France CEO William Roze, and Germany CEO Mario Walenta.

 

Rob Vatter succeeds Tim Bowe as CEO of Altran North America and joins the Altran Group Management Committee. Vatter joins Altran from Atos, a global digital services leader.

 

Fabrice Boyer is the new CEO of Altran China. He was formerly Altran General Manager, Medical Devices, Life Sciences & Automotive in the United States.

 

Keith Williams has been named Altran's Chief Technology Officer, a critical, newly created position. He will be responsible for ensuring a constant flow of innovation throughout the Group, leading Altran's global R&D strategy and managing the company's World Class Centers.
