London, United Kingdom (13 May 2015) - Amec Foster Wheeler announces today the appointment of Steve Raymond as Global HR Director for Process and Systems.

Effective immediately, this new role has an important part to play in driving forward the company's integration since the creation of Amec Foster Wheeler last November.

Based in the company's London headquarters, Steve reports to Group Human Resources Director, Will Serle, who comments:

"As part of the Group HR leadership team, Steve will help implement a single shared services model across the global business and be instrumental in developing and delivering the future human resources strategy for the company."

Steve's role will involve assessing and, where appropriate, standardising the main HR processes across the business. He will develop and implement a strategy for HR systems as well as act as the primary interface between the company's Shared Services and Human Resources functions.

Immediately prior to joining Amec Foster Wheeler, Steve was a Senior Vice President at leading global bank, Citi, where he was Global HR Service Delivery Systems Manager.
