In this position, Rowe will manage employee communications needs, including providing strategic communications counsel to management, and ensuring consistent and effective internal communications throughout the company and its workforce.

A resident of Hershey, Rowe previously served as internal communication lead at Johnson &Johnson Consumer Inc. in Lancaster. Her past roles also include senior campaign manager for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, New York City Chapter; account supervisor for Lippert Heilshorn & Associates, New York City; and account executive for GCI Health, New York City.

Rowe received a bachelor's degree in advertising and public relations from The Pennsylvania State University.
