Orlando, Fla. (October 6, 2017) - Today, ION Solutions, a part of AmerisourceBergen and the largest physician service organization and group purchasing organization (GPO) specializing in the support of community oncology, commenced its inaugural Immuno-Oncology (I-O) Conference. As part of ION and AmerisourceBergen's commitment to providing critical resources that will ultimately enhance patient care, the conference brings together more than 150 community oncology physicians, nurses, pharmacists and practice administrators with leading manufacturers to share the latest research and clinical advancements in I-O.

Oncologist, Medical Director of Informatics Dr. Lucio Gordan with Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute will serve as conference moderator. Dr. Gordan will share his insights around how new immunotherapies are changing the landscape when it comes to treating patients.

This conference is part of ION Solutions' ongoing educational conference series.
