He was most recently the COO at Asure Software, a workforce technology company.

Before joining Asure Software, he served as a principal for HCS, a consulting company that he founded. Steven also worked in executive leadership roles at Perquest, Ceridian, Epicor and ADP. Rodriguez earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Oklahoma.
