VINCI Immobilier and ANF Immobilier completed the sale of the 4* 111-room Golden Tulip Hotel in Bordeaux to a private investor

On 29 September 2016, VINCI Immobilier and ANF Immobilier signed the off-plan sale of a 4- star hotel in Bordeaux, near the future TGV railway station, in the new Armagnac business district, developed by the Etablissement Public d'Aménagement (EPA, public development authority) Bordeaux Euratlantique.

Operated by Golden Tulip (Louvre Hotels Group), this 7-storey hotel will have 111 bedrooms, meeting rooms, a co-working space and a restaurant.

It will be part of a 43,000 sqm mixed real estate development that will include offices, hotels and retail units. This project has been developed by VINCI Immobilier and ANF Immobilier and was designed by the architecture firm Reichen et Robert & Associés.

Located close to the Bordeaux Saint-Jean railway station, currently undergoing renovation to house the future high-speed line, the hotel will enjoy excellent visibility. The project also includes a 3-star B&B hotel sold to ANF Immobilier Hôtels on 1 September 2016.

This project illustrates the ability of the hotels divisions of VINCI Immobilier and ANF Immobilier to accompany international operators in their strategy over the long-term in this particular asset class.
