ANTEO TECHNOLOGIES INTRODUCES NEW PRODUCT TO MARKET
AMG™ Coupling Kit, 200 nm Magnetic Particles
Today Anteo Technologies Pty Ltd (a subsidiary of Anteo Diagnostics Limited, ASX: ADO) has launched a new product - AMG™ Coupling Kit, 200 nm Magnetic Particles - to market.
The Anteo Mix&Go™ (AMG) kit has been specifically developed by Anteo's product development team to expand the AMG line of Mix&Go enabled products. The range offers novel advantages over traditional methods. This 200 nm Magnetic Particle kit gives researchers the unique ability to bind a range of biomolecules onto small magnetic particles. The smaller particles provide a number of benefits when used in immunoassay applications, including lateral flow assays, and when used for biomolecular separations including cell separation applications. This product will deliver scientists greater control and accuracy in less time.
Dr Geoff Cumming, CEO, Anteo Technologies said: "Our newest Coupling Kit effectively increases the surface area per unit mass available for protein binding. This can lead to a number of improvements including increased assay sensitivity. Normally, the handling complexity increases disproportionately with reducing size. Using Mix&Go, we have overcome the tendency for smaller sized particles to aggregate and fall out of solution. This is a unique feature of Mix&Go."

company's suite of AMG products, is renowned for providing stability and excellent reproducibility of results. Anteo's platform technology allows activated particles to
remain stable for at least one year.
How the AMG™ Coupling Kit, 200 nm Magnetic Particles works
The particles in the AMG™ Coupling Kit are provided fully activated with Mix&Go and are ready to use, with general buffer solutions known to work for a majority of applications.
The kit allows users to immediately couple with their protein of choice. The kit is suitable for coupling a broad range of biomolecules for diverse
applications, such as magnetic, fluorescent and chemiluminescent detection in immunoassays and purification applications using biomolecules including proteins, peptides, antigens and antibodies.
