Arkil Holding A/S is a Denmark-based construction company. The Company's activities include: Construction (road construction, drainage and sewer systems, land development); Asphalt (production and laying of asphalt, maintenance work); Road Servicing (supervision and maintenance of roads and green areas) and Piping (manufacture of products for the renovation and rehabilitation of sewer and drainage pipes via the No-Dig method). The company is also engaged in all kinds of foundation, post-foundation and marine work projects, such as reinforcement of building site excavations and trenches and sheet piling. As of December 31, 2013, the Company operated three wholly owned subsidiaries, namely Arkil A/S and Arkil Fundering A/S, both based in Denmark, as well as Arkil Holding GmbH, based in Germany, and a number of indirect subsidiaries and affiliates.
