Paris - 24 January 2013 - The Supervisory Board of Assystem, an international engineering and innovation consultancy, has appointed the members of the Management Board.

Refocused on corporate governance, leadership and providing support for the operating units, in particular in the areas of Finance and Human Resources, the Management Board is composed of Gérard Brescon, responsible for the Human Resources Development and Gilbert Vidal, responsible for Finance and Legal Matters. It is chaired by Dominique Louis, Assystem's Founding Chairman.

In addition, a new Executive Committee defines and implements Group strategy. It comprises the Management Board members and the Executive Vice-Presidents in charge of operations, Stéphane Aubarbier and David Bradley, as well as Jean-Louis Ricaud, Vice-President in charge of Strategy and Innovation. It is completed by Pauline Bucaille, Communications & Investor Relations VP.
