Atlas Iron Ltd (ASX:AGO) announced on 28 August 2014 that it had declared a 2 cent s per share dividend for the
financial year ending 30 June 2014 and the continuation of its Dividend Rei
vestment Pllan (DRP).
Atlas' DRP allows eligible shareholders to elect to invest dividends in ordinary shares in Atlas which rank equally with Atlas' quoted shares.
The issue price for shares under the DRP will be calculated at a 2.5% discount to the d aily VWAP of Atlas' shares

ent of the second trading day after the Recor d Date being 16 September
2014 to 22 September 2014 inclusive. The DRP for the FY2014 dividend is not underwriitten.
Shareholders can participate in the DRP either in full or in part at their election. Shareh olders wishing to register for the DRP can do so by completing and returning a DRP Election Form prior to 15 Sep tember 2014. Shareholders that have previously opted in to the DRP do not need take any further action.
