Premium service in the pit lane of the Circuito Monteblanco: high-quality repairs, teamwork and precision were what was demanded on the Spanish racetrack during the Audi Twin Cup world finals. 65 teams from Audi Dealers from 33 countries had qualified in national competitions for the final contest held near Seville. During the two-day after-sales world championship, the participants confronted realistic service and workshop situations ranging from conducting dialogue with customers at the service reception to diagnosing hidden defects and carrying out repairs according to manufacturer specifications.

In the theoretical and practical tasks of this year's international competition, the focus was on digitalization: the teams displayed their product knowledge and technical expertise regarding, amongst others, the infotainment system and virtual cockpit of the Audi Q7 3.0 TDI (combined fuel consumption in l/100 km: 7.6 - 7.5 (30.9 - 31.4 US mpg); combined CO emissions in g/km: 199 - 144 (320.3 - 231.7 g/mi). Figures depend on the tyres/wheels used.)

2017 marked the 13th time the practical finals were being held. This year's participants once again demonstrated a premium service mindset and team spirit to offer the Audi customers a superior and consistent service experience worldwide. In addition to the German winners, the second-place technicians and consultants from the USA also performed impressively. The team from Switzerland took third place.
