Azot PAT (Cherkas'kiy Azot VAT or Cherkassy Azot OJSC) is a Ukraine-based company active within the chemical industry. Its products portfolio consists of mineral fertilizers, ion-exchange resins, caprolactam and technical gases, among other chemical products. Azot PAT operates domestically, as well as exports its products to the Commonwealth of Independent States countries, to Europe, Asia and America. As of December 31, 2011, the Company's major shareholder was PLG UA Limited with a stake of 75.57%.
