The Wa Gold project consists of tenement blocks, such as Wa-Lawra block and Wa East block. The Wa-Lawra block in the west covers an area of approximately 2,180 square kilometers located to the west and north-west of the town of Wa. The Wa East block includes the Josephine and Julie-Collette license blocks located east of Wa. The Company holds interest in Castle Minerals NL, which includes approximately 10,000 square kilometers of licenses adjacent to the Company. The Company's subsidiaries include Azumah Resources Ghana Ltd, Phoenix Resources Ltd and Azumah Metals (Ghana) Ltd.
