BALFOUR BEATTY UPDATE ON PARTIAL SALE OF M25 INFRASTRUCTURE ASSET

Balfour Beatty, the international infrastructure group, today announces that, further to its announcement earlier today regarding the partial sale of its M25 infrastructure assets, the necessary consent from Highways England has been received, removing the conditionality from the sale.
