"Banco Popolare Soc. Coop Serie 359 Obbligazioni subordinate Lower Tier II a Tasso Fisso con ammortamento periodico, 18.11.2013 - 18.11.2020"Verona, 09 October 2017 - With regard to the subordinated Lower Tier II bond "Banco Popolare Soc. Coop. Serie 359 Obbligazioni Subordinate Lower Tier II a Tasso Fisso con ammortamento periodico, 18.11.2013 - 18.11.2020 - Isin IT0004966823" (the "Bonds"), we herewith inform that the second periodic principal repayment of Euro 159,978,600.00 will be carried out on 18 November 2017.
As a result of the repayment, the nominal value will change from Euro 800.00 to Euro 600.00 per Bond and the overall nominal value of the outstanding Bonds will amount to Euro 479,935,800.00.
