The Board of Directors of Bank of Cyprus Public Company Ltd at its meeting held on 26

November 2014, appointed Mr. Michalis Spanos as Senior Independent Director.

Additionally, the Board of Directors appointed Mrs. Katia Santis as Company Secretary in replacement of Mr. Panayiotis Agapiou.
