Neckarsulm, 28 August 2014 - Every year, ChannelPartner and Computerwoche-two major IT publications-rank Germany's biggest IT system houses according to domestic revenue generated during the previous year. This year, Bechtle topped the list. Bechtle's 2013 revenues in Ger-many rose 9.6% to €1,571m (previous year: €1,434m), exceeding the 2013 growth of Germany's overall IT market (+1.7%) by a significant margin. The upward trend continued through the first half-year of 2014, as Bechtle acquired even more market share while significantly increasing both revenue and earnings.

Bechtle was recognised as the system house with the most sales at the system house convention Chancen 2015, held in Düsseldorf on 27 and 28 August. Bechtle attained new records in the 2013 fiscal year, with both revenue and earnings growing at above-market rates and topping the previous year's figures by a significant margin.

Bechtle's investments in the size, training and further education of its work-force are coming to fruition, enabling the company to take full advantage of the current favourable market conditions. Its IT System House and Managed Ser-vices segment provides a comprehensive IT solutions portfolio for business and public-sector customers, covering all aspects of IT infrastructure, mobility, cloud computing, Big Data, software and applications.
