During its meeting of 12 September 2017, the Board of Directors noted the resignation of Mrs. Barbara De Saedeleer, Director of Befimmo, who was very recently asked to perform an executive position within another group. 
 
The Board of Directors will take the necessary measures to provide replacement for Mrs. De Saedeleer as soon as possible.
