The board of directors (the "Board") of Bel Global Resources Holdings Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that the name of the Company's principal share registrar in Bermuda has changed from "Codan Services Limited" to "Conyers Corporate Services (Bermuda) Limited" with effect from 1 April 2017.

The address of the Company's principal share registrar in Bermuda remains unchanged.

At the request of the Company, trading in the Shares on the Stock Exchange has been suspended with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 4 July 2011 and will continue to be suspended until further notice.
