BNP Paribas OBAM NV (OBAM) is a Netherlands-based, open-ended investment fund. The Fund aims at an international portfolio of listed shares with interests in Europe, the United States, South East Asia and Japan. Selection criteria for the portfolio are sectors and companies with a stable growth and profit development based in politically and economically stabile countries and sufficient long-term prospects. A part of the Funds assets are invested in Dutch companies. As of June 30, 2012, 20.1% of the Fund's investment portfolio consisted of investments in the financial services' sector, 16.4% in the industrial sector and 15.2% in the energy sector. As of that same date the Fund's five biggest investments were Wells Fargo & Co with 3.9% of total portfolio value, ING Groep NV (3.6%), Apache Corp (3.0%), Yum Brands Inc (2.9%) and Rio Tinto (2.9%).
